From Fr. Adolfo Nicolas, Superior General, Jesuit Society

Dear Dr. Caceres,

Thank you for sending me a copy of your book, The Thundering Voice.  It is impressive that you have taken the social teaching of the Church
so seriously and written this book about Corporate social responsibility.

I hope that the papal teaching will receive a broader audience
through your work.

Your own perceptive reflections contain a great deal of wisdom
that all those who exercise authority would do well to practice.
Thank you for making your ideas available to the wider public.

Be assured of my prayers and good wishes as you continue
to serve the people of God.

Sincerely in Christ,
Adolfo Nicolas, S.J.
Superior General

Curia Generalizia della Compagnia di Gesu

The Thundering Voice is for any middle manager or senior executive. It is a well-researched book on management behavior, human rights in the workplace, and a wonderful moral code for competing in current global markets.

Although it thoroughly references Papal Catholic doctrine, its approach is universal. It is must reading for any organization or individual interested in Corporate Social Responsibility.

The book is easy reading and ends with a treasure trove of the author's 150 personal reflections on business. This section alone is worth the price of the book.

I highly recommend it.

Great reading...Great food for thought.
